Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using FirstRow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and have authority to enter this agreement. One account per person. Fan and Artist accounts are separate and cannot share an email address.

Keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Notify us at hello@itsfirstrow.com of any unauthorised access.

You may only upload tickets for shows you actually attended, and only tickets that belong to you. Uploading forged, duplicated, stolen, or someone else's tickets is a serious breach and may result in immediate account termination, removal of stamps, and reporting to the relevant authorities. Verification is at our discretion.

Artists list drops (merch, tickets, collectibles, experiences) on FirstRow. Purchases are in EUR. Payments are processed by Stripe. FirstRow takes a platform fee — 5% for self-fulfilled drops, 25% for FirstRow-fulfilled drops — and the remainder is paid out to the artist via Stripe Connect.

Eligibility (loyalty tier, attendance count, etc.) is determined at the moment of purchase. Lottery drops are drawn at the listed time; winners are charged automatically and notified by email.

Self-fulfilled drops: the artist sets refund policy. FirstRow-fulfilled drops: refunds available within 14 days of purchase if the item has not shipped. Event tickets and experiences are non-refundable except where required by law.

FirstRow owns the platform, branding, and software. Artists own their drop content. You retain ownership of tickets and content you upload but grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process them to run the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@itsfirstrow.com.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstRow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
